St. Cloud State University invites students and community members to “Remember W.W. Holes Hall” Saturday morning.

This is the last chance for those who are interested to have a look at the residential building. The dormitory itself is not open, but participants can see photo displays and memorabilia. There will also be a tunnel tour to refresh memories.

The Holes residential building is scheduled for demolition in the summer of 2016 since it is not appealing to students any more.

The building was built in 1965 in honor of former St. Cloud Businessman Wilbur W. Holes who represented SCSU on the state college board from 1947-1958.

It became defunct in 2014 and was used as a training site by St. Cloud Police Department.

The event is open to the public and will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
