St. Cloud State University is buzzing as freshman, new and returning students move to campus for the 2016-17 academic year.

In the meantime, SCSU’s Atwood Memorial Center is undergoing renovations to add new restaurant and food options, but it’s not expected to be ready until the end of September. 

Interim Executive Director of Atwood Administration, Matt Trombley, talks about what dining services will be available to students until renovations are finished in this AUDIO FILE.

Construction is currently being done to Atwood’s lower and main levels. More food options are scheduled to open September 26 and The Den by Denny’s will open October 10.

Renovations are funded through SCSU’s contract with Chartwells food services.
