St. Cloud State University’s Mass Communication Department holds a global media roundtable event Wednesday morning.

Mass Communication Professor, Lisa Heinrich, says students from nine different countries will talk about ethics and critical analysis of media. The discussions center around how newspapers, television and radio stations work out in different countries. Participants would also learn about how effective media is in other countries in comparison with that of the United States.

The event will start at 11 a.m. and goes through 1 p.m. at Atwood Conference Center Lounge. It is free and open to the public and students.
