Archived: St. Cloud Woman Charged With 3rd Degree Murder Monday

A St. Cloud woman was charged in St. Cloud District Court with third degree murder for allegedly selling and distributing Fentanyl, according to the Stearns County Attorney’s Office
 
The charges against 35-year-old Amy Wanda Lauer of St. Cloud stem from the April death of 33-year-old Ryan Stirling Boen. Before Boen’s death he was seen chewing on Fentanyl patches, and an autopsy confirmed he died of Fentanyl poisoning. He was found dead in his home April 20, located at the 1000 block of 22nd Ave. N. 
 
Lauer admitted to law enforcement she provided Fentanyl patches to Boen on April 19.
 
She is facing 25 years in prison and/or a $40,000 fine.
 
The Honorable Stephanie L. Beckham set bail swiss cheap fake watches at $300,000 unconditional or $100,000 with conditions. The next hearing is set for July 11.
