On Tuesday, June 28, a St. Joseph man was arrested and is now facing charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Ryan Earl Ritter was taken into custody after a report alleging he touched a child inappropriately at a Collegeville Township home. 

Ritter is currently in the Stearns County Jail awaiting formal charges.
