The Minnesota Department of Transportation says that motorists will face a delay on Highway 25 between Interstate 94 and the Highway 25 Mississippi River Bridge in Monticello on Sunday.

Minn-DOT says the road is reduced to a single lane in each direction starting at 10:30 p.m. The purpose is to seal cracks in the pavement before the winter freeze slash thaw cycle begins.

The lane closures will be over by 5:30 a.m. Monday, September 22nd.
