Two people have been arrested by members of the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force following an investigation into drug sales in the city of Waite Park.

The investigation led to the discovery of methamphetamine, marijuana, mushrooms and about $1,200 in cash while executing a search warrant at the home located at 2011 4th Avenue North Monday.

Officers arrested the home owner 45-year-old Keith Roering of Waite Park and 49-year-old Lori Deters who was present at the home. Roering is facing five charges of 5th degree possession of controlled substance, while Deters is charged with one count of possession of controlled substance.
