Two men were charged with two counts of third degree murder in St. Cloud after the fire killed an 85-year-old woman.

A news release from Stearns County Attorney’s office says Justin Edward Pick and Dustin Ross Zablocki were given their charges on Wednesday. The Honorable Fredrick Grunke has determined a 500,000 dollar bail without any condition or 100,000 dollar bail with condition for Pick.  Grunke has also set a 500,000 dollar bail without any condition or a 250,000 dollar bail with condition for Zablocki.

St. Cloud Fire Department says Pick and Zablocki caused the fire that happened in November of 2014 in the 1900 block of 1st Street South. As a result, one of the residents of the home was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center where she died two weeks after the incident because of smoke inhalation.

Pick and Zablocki are currently at the Stearns County Jail and will have another hearing on May 15th.
