Two people were injured in a rollover car crash early Monday morning.

St. Cloud Officers responded to the accident at the intersection of 25th Avenue North and 3rd Street North at 7:30 a.m.

Commander Jeff Oxton says 32-year-old Laciana Chimere Ginyard of St. Cloud was driving west along the 2400 block of 3rd Street approaching the intersection at 25th Avenue. The other vehicle, driven by 35-year-old Matthew Greg Ludwig of St. Cloud, was traveling south on 25th Avenue North when he ran a red light. Ludwig struck Ginyard causing the car to roll onto its roof.

Ginyard and her passenger, 59-year-old Miriam Murray of Indiana, were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Oxton adds Ludwig was issued a citation for violating the red traffic control signal.
