A U.S. ambassador with experience in Moscow, Rome, Serbia and Vienna will speak at St. Cloud State next week about U.S. foreign relations and the situation in Ukraine.

Ambassador Ian C. Kelly, current diplomat in residence for the Midwest had served as the U.S. ambassador for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

Ambassador Kelly will be speaking in the Atwood Memorial Center’s Alumni Room at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14th.

The presentation is free and is open to the public.
