The University of Minnesota will begin a series of events over the next two months in the St. Cloud area through its extension program that focuses on public issues around the community.

 

The extension is a part of a long-standing partnership between the University, state and county governments to provide scientific knowledge and expertise to the public. The group looks to extend its resources to address issues such as food and agriculture, environment and communities.

 

The first event is the Crop Nitrogen Management Conference Friday beginning at 9 a.m. through 3:45 p.m. at the Best Western Kelley Inn in St. Cloud.
