The St. Cloud State softball team split with USF and SMSU at home last weekend. They faced the Cougars Saturday and won game 1, 3-2 before losing game 2, 13-4. Sunday’s double-header against the Mustangs produced the same result in the reverse order. The Huskies lost game 1, 8-7 before shutting out the Mustangs 5-0 in game 2. Following the split the Huskies are 29-21 on the year and 13-11 in conference games. They will host the University of Minnesota Crookston this Thursday at noon and 2 p.m. in their final games of the regular season at Selke Field.
