The St. Cloud State football team would fall to the Bemidji State Beavers in a hotly contested to a tune of 28-27.

 

The Huskies would lose despite gaining 573 total offensive yards, which ranks as the 10th best performance in school history. However it’s fair to say the huskies loss was due to self-inflicted mistakes that include a blocked extra point attempt, and five turnovers including a game sealing muffed punt with under two minutes in the game.

 

St. Cloud State University falls to 4-4 on the season and 2-2 in the NSIC. They return to Husky Stadium Halloween day to take on the MSU Dragons.
