The Granite City Radio Theater wrapped up Season 5 at the Pioneer Place Theater on Wednesday May 17th with Minneapolis rocker John Munson taking the stage with Collective Unconscious for one rockin’ finale!

John Munson also learned much about the controversial topic of “Puck Buffing” through a random encounter with Ole and Lena while getting ice cream, and he flexed his Trivia muscles against Collective Unconscious’s Nathan Nesje and KVSC Alumni Al Neff (and we at KVSC maintain that is was the band Pleasure that played on Monday Night Live in the Fall of 1998 and not Semisonic . . . regardless of what the guy in the band says!!!)

The finale also found the long running Shade’s Brigade crew dodging Kazus unraveling clues leading them to their doom, a breathtaking gardening hoedown competition, more SuccessCo products to make your life more interesting, and numerous inspirational appearances by the Honorable Mayor Dave Kleis.
