The Sinclair Lewis. Foundation is welcoming back writers and aspiring writers with any type of experience for the Writer’s Conference now in its 32nd year.

It’s one of the longest-running, most respected writers’ conferences in the Midwest.

There’s a panel discussion on the Basics of Writing and Publishing with Don Shelby; Lorna Landvik, Sarah Warren and Gaunte Kyle Tran Myhre. Sessions include: Don’t Be Afraid of Your Imagination, Identifying Your Storyteller Origin Story and  Spoken Word Poetry as Practice and Culture and more.

The Sinclair Lewis Writer’s Conference is Saturday October 8th! There is s a fee for the conference, but high school students may attend for free, but must register and pay for lunch.
