ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The St. Cloud Police’s Community Response Team (CRT) arrested a 20-year-old Waite Park man for possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a machine gun.

Around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 13, SCPD CRT Officers executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 300 block of 2^nd Ave. S in Waite Park for a firearms investigation.

During the service of the search warrant, investigators located five firearms, one of which was reported stolen.

Officers also located a switch for a handgun, which is used to convert a handgun into a fully automatic gun.

Based on the search warrant, officers arrested Jairen Guillory.

Guillory was transported to the Stearns County Jail pending charges related to possession of a machine gun and stolen firearm.

No suspects or officers were injured during the execution of the search warrant.
