The History Mystery of Charles Weyerhaeuser

In this episode of History Mystery, KVSC News Director Shay Lelonek talks with Morrison County Museum Manager Alesha Ouren about Charles Weyerhaeuser.

Weyerhaeuser was a very influential man in Central Minnesota. In the late 1800s, he and his best friend, Drew, started a huge lumber company, Pine Tree Lumber.

Pine Tree Lumber was the second-largest lumber mill in the Northwest at the time, opening jobs and positively impacting the community.
