A University of Minnesota Duluth student who was found with severe frostbite two months ago is now allowed to return to her St. Cloud home.

According to the Duluth News Tribune, after partial amputations of all her fingers and parts of her feet, Alyssa Lommel was free to leave St. Cloud Hospital on Monday.

A post on the family’s CaringBridge website said that nurses and physical therapists plan to still work with Alyssa at her family’s home.
