Rural St. Cloud residents should prepare for some possibly slippery road conditions and blowing snow due to high winds.

According to SCSU Meteorologist Bob Weisman, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory until 4 p.m. for blowing snow.

Weisman says the little snow St. Cloud received the last few days may be blown across roadways by 15-30 MPH winds with gusts as high as 40 MPH.
