KVSC’s The Menu brings you interviews with the music acts that you love. The episode airing November 3 features Chicago Farmer.

Cody Diekhoff has been performing under the name Chicago Farmer for more than two decades, delivering a mix of homespun, folk-influenced songwriting and rough-and-ready rock ‘n’ roll befitting his name. He and his backing band, the Fieldnotes, will play the Cedar Cultural Center on Saturday, November 14.

For this episode of the menu, Chicago Farmer is interviewed by Uncle Frank. The interview was recorded in August, and is one of several new episodes of The Menu still to come that include the sort of heartfelt connection with music artists that only our dearly departed friend could make happen.
