City of St. Cloud Rescinds Snow Emergency

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — The City of St. Cloud has rescinded the snow emergency that was declared on Sunday.
The city declared the snow emergency at 12:01 a.m. on March 15, and rescinded it at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 16 due to favorable conditions.
St. Cloud received approximately five inches of snow over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
