Governor Mark Dayton will be visiting St. Cloud Tuesday to give a speech about minority groups living in St. Cloud.

Gov. Dayton will talk about issues concerning racial intimidation, racial hate crime against Somalis and refugees. The meeting will take place at St. Cloud Public Library at 1 p.m.

The Mayor of St. Cloud, Dave Kleis, and State Representative Jim Knoblach will be among guests attending the event.
