The St. Cloud State Football team will travel to the University Of Mary this upcoming weekend to take on the Marauders.

The Huskies are coming off of a home victory against MSU Moorhead last Saturday where they won in convincing fashion by the score of 31-7. The Marauders are 1-6 on the year after defeating the University Of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles last weekend. The huskies who are 5-2 on the year are in a three way tie for first place atop the North division in the NSIC.

The Husky defense will have its hands full as they attempt to slow down a Marauders rushing attack that ran for 428 yards last weekend. University Of Mary threw the ball just 8 times completing only 3 passes on the day. For St. Cloud quarterback Dwayne Lawhorn has been great recently throwing for 6 touchdowns in his last 2 games played.

The Huskies will be back home the following weekend October 28th to take on Northern State University.
