The St. Cloud State men’s hockey team skated to victory Friday and advanced to the Red Baron WCHA Final Five.  Ryan Lasch not only scored one of the 2 goals that led to the win, but he also tied Jeff Saterdalen’s point record with 179.  Saturday night could mean a new record and SCSU’s quest Final Five championship is achieved.

The Huskies remain in the capitol city at the Xcel Energy Center to take on the winner of Friday night’s game between Denver and North Dakota.  Championship game coverage continues Saturday night with an extended pre-game at 6:40p.m.  Live Husky tournament coverage is on the air and via web stream and mobile options (iPhone, Blackberry, DROID) Saturday night.  Go Huskies!
