The Huskies volleyball team split on the road last weekend. After holding a 4-0 lead in the fifth set against the University of Mary on Friday, the Huskies surrendered a 15-4 run, scoring three of their four points as a result of unforced UMary errors.

The Minot State Beavers also posed a great challenge for the Huskies. After sweeping Minot State earlier in the year, the Beavers pushed the Huskies to five sets before falling 15-11. The victory over Minot State snapped a nine match losing streak for the Huskies.

The Huskies are now 9-17 on the year (5-13 NSIC) and will host #3 Northern State University at Halenbeck Hall Friday at 7pm and Minnesota-Moorhead on Saturday at 4pm.
