For the first time in our 43-year history, we are ‘expanding the borders of your radio’ with our first international live broadcast. With support from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, KVSC is providing live coverage of the Winnipeg Folk Festival at Bird’s Hill Provincial Park July 8-10. Listeners can tune-in to 88.1FM or stream live online at kvsc.org. 

KVSC is sending Wayne Bergerson, host of Frets on Saturday mornings and long-time KVSC deejay Mike Chouinard north of the border to provide live coverage Friday through Saturday during the festival. Join Wayne and Mike as they explore this unique music festival and all it has to offer.
