Over the past 50 years, KVSC has been the training ground for broadcast journalists throughout Minnesota and the nation, and we’ve also been the playground for musically entranced community volunteers and students. With a little bit of editing (but not too much) these are their stories . . .
In this oral history, Al Neff sits down with Jason Matasovsky about saving their shows, how music changes over the years, the personas created by various DJs over the years, and the extreme value of getting involved with KVSC.
This program is funded in part by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy Grant.
