The EXTENDED Untold Story of C. Willi Myles and the Origins of His Benevolent Humor

In today’s EXTENDED Untold Story of Central Minnesota, Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack talks with renowned comedian and SCSU alumnus C. Willi Myles.  C. Willi has performed internationally for decades, opening up for the likes of Aretha Franklin and the Temptations, all the while making time for coming back to the St. Cloud area.  Underlying his success is a philosophy of kindness-based humor that developed during his upbringing in Alabama and his football and coaching career at SCSU where he became an ambassador of sorts for African American student athletes as they made their way to Minnesota for sports.  C. Willi will be performing a free show in SCSU’s Ritchie Auditorium on Wednesday, April 5.
