The Untold Story of Hip Hop Honors English at St. CLoud State University
In today’s Untold Story of Central Minnesota, Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack talks with three freshmen at St. Cloud State University about an innovative honors course they’ve taken this semester.
The class is Mike Dando’s Honors English 160 and teaches the history, form, and function of hip-hop. It’s not just about music, but also culture and the evolution of America itself. The final exam for Honors English 160 is an open to the public performance on Monday, December 16, beginning at noon in the Atwood Theater on the SCSU campus.
