St. Cloud State Volleyball (9-2, 5-0) saw freshman Lindsey Rachel notch her fourth consecutive double-double en route to a 3-1 match victory over the Minot State Beavers (6-7, 1-4), 25-18, 25-11, 17-25, and 25-20.

The double-double was Rachel’s seventh overall through 11 matches, and her sixth in her past seven. She tied a career-high with 19 kills while hitting .395 and racking up 13 digs.

Redshirt sophomore Abby Templin hit .321 to add 10 kills, including a 7-0-14 line in the fourth set, and senior Krista Kuglin hit .320 on her way to 10 kills. Sophomore setter Maddy Torve posted a career-high 53 assists in the match.

Minot State’s Hayley Swain, Shelby Spuller, and Katie Dufner each posted 10 kills. Dufner had recorded zero kills on the season coming into the match.

The Huskies return to Halenbeck Hall on Friday at 6:00 p.m. against nationally-ranked Northern State, with Husky Den Pregame beginning on the KVSC Sports Stream at 5:45 p.m.
