This past Sunday the Huskies took on Michigan Technological University at Husky Stadium. The game started with a lot of back and forth until at the 23:50 mark when a Michigan Tech defender was called on a foul in the penalty box. Junior Kylie Cleary stepped up and found the back of the net on her penalty kick.

Goalkeeper Kelsey Christian would go on to secure her shutout as the match ended with a final score of 1-0 in favor of SCSU.

The Lady Huskies will be back in action on Friday at home when they face the University of Central Missouri.
