St. Cloud State women’s hockey has a representative at the 2018 USA National Camp.

St. Cloud State University says that sophomore goalie Emma Polusny has been selected to participate in the Colorado-based camp. She will be a member of the Over-18 White team. The camp will consist of 48 of the best amateur and college women’s hockey players.

Polusny’s selection is not surprising. She excelled during the 2017-2018 season, posting a school record goals-against-average of 2.20. She also recorded a .937 save percentage that ranked tenth in the country. The Mound, Minnesota native was a member of the WCHA All-Rookie team and was Third Team All-Conference.

Polusny and the Huskies will begin their season on Friday, September 28 against the University of Connecticut.
