The St. Cloud Board of Education announced that they will hold a special closed board meeting.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at the District Administrative Office, 1201 Second Street South in Waite Park at 5:00 p.m. 

The reasoning behind the meeting being closed is because of attorney-client privileged consideration of litigation strategy.
