St. Cloud State Commencement to Feature Over 1,200 Students

As the semester winds down, St. Cloud State will honor another wave of graduates moving on from St. Cloud State University.

St. Cloud State University Communications says more than 1,200 students are expected to be a part of graduation ceremonies.

Over 1,500 students are expected to graduate. They come from 30 nations and 28 states.

The university’s wind ensemble will be performing at commencement.

The commencement will be holding two ceremonies: one at 10:30 a.m. and the other at 3 p.m. They will be held at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center on May 10. Parking on campus lots and the 4th Avenue parking ramp will be free.

Accounting and summa cum laude graduate Sydney Wittnebel will be addressing fellow students at 10:30 a.m., while communication studies graduate Dillon Mielke will be delivering the student address at 3 p.m.
