St. Cloud State’s Track and Field team was busy over the weekend. Participating in two meets on Saturday: the Meet of the UnSaintly at Hamline University and the Howard Wood Relays hosted by the University of Sioux Falls.

Highlights of the day include a new school record in the women’s 4x100mrelay, a time of 48.03 seconds. That mark is 3rd in the NSIC and broke the SCSU record that was set in 1999. In men’s events Rafeal Saez won the discus title and finished third in shot put. Keyshawn Davis won the long jump competition.

Up next, the Huskies head to the NSIC Championships May 8-10 in Winona, MN.
