The Huskies women’s hockey team will be in action this weekend against Minnesota State-Mankato for a WCHA matchup. These two teams are very familiar with each other not only on the ice but also off. 

This offseason the Mavericks brought in former Huskies head coach Jeff Giesen as an associate head coach and former assistant SCSU men’s hockey coach John Harrington as their new head coach. The Huskies are 3-7 overall and the Mavericks come in with a 2-9-1 record.
