#15 St. Cloud State Baseball opens their bid at the 2019 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships on Thursday against sixth-seeded Minnesota Crookston. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Dick Putz Stadium.

The Huskies and Golden Eagles met earlier this season on a weekend series in late April. After falling to UMC in the opening game 5-3, St. Cloud State stormed back to win the final two by a combined 21-2 score.

Thomas Breach and Nathan Daggatt will have the call on the KVSC Sports Stream, with Husky Den Pregame at 6:00 p.m.

SCSU drew a slew of All-NSIC recognition in the conference’s release Wednesday morning. Ace Dominic Austing and rightfielder Mitch Mallek each earned First Team All-NSIC, while catcher Toran Shahidi, centerfielder Najee Gaskins, shortstop Jordan Joseph and closer Matt Butler picked up Second Team honors. Joseph and first baseman Mat Meyer won their first career NSIC Gold Gloves of their respective careers.
