A St. Cloud man was arrested Sunday after a report of a sexual assault on December 21st. 

St. Cloud Police were called to a home located on the 500 Block of 7th Avenue South where an adult male reported the assault. He told officers he was in his bedroom when he said a man entered his room and touched him inappropriately without his consent. The victim knew the man.

Police arrested 52-year-old Richard Edward Kelly of St. Cloud and he is now facing 4th degree criminal sexual conduct charges in Stearns County.
