Are you missing a dog? The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to reunite this furry friend with his family.

A medium-sized black dog with pointed ears, a chain collar, and a shock type collar was found at Osseo Ave N & 3^rd Street N in St. Cloud around 6:30 this morning.  The dog was taken to Central Minnesota Animal Care and Control until an owner steps forward.
