A St. Cloud man is being held on murder charges after turning himself in to police on Saturday.

The St. Cloud Police Department says at around 8 a.m, 38-year-old Daniel Kenning arrived at the police station and told officers that he had killed a woman in his house. 

When officers went to his home, they found the body of Kenning’s acquaintance, a 45-year-old Blaine woman. The body has been taken and sent for autopsy.

Kenning is in Stearns County Jail on a first degree murder charge. The investigation is still active.
