A woman was hit by a semi-truck near Haven Township after running across the road.

Minnesota State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow says just after 3 p.m. Wednesday, 65-year-old Bruce Coufal of Frazee was driving his semi-truck west on Highway 10 near 60th Street. Then, 44-year-old Tracy Radey of Clear Lake ran across the road and was hit by Coufal.

Radey was taken to North Memorial Hospital for her life-threatening injuries. The extent of her injuries is unknown.
