A man is currently held in Benton County Jail after allegations of domestic assault.

According to the St. Cloud Police Department, a 19-year-old woman said that her husband had assaulted her early Thursday morning. Charges of felony domestic assault by strangulation and domestic assault are pending for 25-year-old Christopher Lee Martin of St. Cloud.

The woman was treated at the St. Cloud hospital for her minor injuries.
