Highway 10 between Elk River and Big Lake will be intermittently reduced to a single lane starting Monday.

According to MnDOT, motorists traveling Highway 10 in both directions should expect delays during non-peak hours and plan for additional travel time.

The closures are needed as construction crews resurface the highway.

The project is scheduled to be completed mid-October.
