St. Cloud area motorists travelling on 9th Avenue North should expect traffic delays due to road construction on Friday, September 6th.

According to the City Engineer’s Office, 9th Avenue North at the 10th Avenue North Pedestrian Bridge will be reduced to a single lane in both directions for bridge repair work in the area.
