This year’s St. Cloud State move in weekend marks the fourth consecutive year that the number of individuals cited for offenses, had declined from the previous year.

According to the St. Cloud Police Department, 59 people were cited for various offenses, down from 161 last year.

Of the 59, 11 were current SCSU students. 55 SCSU students were cited last year.

Notable statistics for the three-day move in were 29 cited for minor consumption and 27 for open container on a street or sidewalk.
