You may see a lot more bicyclists pedaling across central Minnesota highways Thursday through Sunday as part of an annual biking event.

The bikers are part of  Bicycling Around Minnesota  with approximately 275 bicyclists travelling through Cold Spring, Albany, Spicer and Hutchinson on several trunk highways, local routes and bicycle paths during the four days.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation stresses that bicyclists and motorists share responsibility when traveling on the same road. Motorists must maintain a three-foot clearance at all times when passing a bicyclist.
