Snow Causes roof to cave in on University Drive

With all the snow officially cleared from the road and large amounts of rain on the way, the city of St. Cloud now has a new concern at the forefront can roofs handle all the extra weight.
Over the weekend one St. Cloud building was condemned after its roof caved in. The building on the corner of University Drive and 9th Avenue South was home to Subway, Kwik Fix Electronics and Campus Book Supply. The collapse happened just after 6 p.m. Saturday night. The area has been roped off and the city has ordered the building to be demolished by the end of the week.
