The SCSU women’s basketball team stayed undefeated at 7-0 with a pair of wins over the weekend. The Huskies stomped the Beavers 81-53 on Friday night, then snuck by the University of Minnesota-Crookston 64-54 on Saturday. 

Jessica Benson led the charge for the Huskies with 15 points and five steals on Friday, and Sam Price contributed 15 points as well. 

Saturday’s game was highlighted by Price, who led the team with 18 points. 

The Huskies are on the road next weekend at Northern State on Friday and at Minnesota State-Moorhead on Saturday.
