An Amber Alert from Milwaukee is active, and St. Cloud could be the location of the missing girl.

The St. Cloud Police Department says they’ve been talking with the Milwaukee Police Department about the Amber Alert for 2-year-old Noelani Robinson.

St. Cloud is among several locations where agencies are searching for leads.

Noelani’s father, Dariaz Higgins, was arrested on Wednesday after a Monday shooting that led to the death of her mother, Sierra Robinson. However, there was no sign of Noelani after the arrest, and authorities are actively searching for the child.
