A St. Cloud store owner is accused of selling illegal drugs at his place of business and of criminal sexual conduct with a teenage girl.

Police arrested the 44-year-old Andrew James Frederick after receiving information that he was selling prescription pain pills at his business, The i-Pod Guy. Authorities say a 17-year-old girl and 1 1/2-year-old child were present when investigators conducted a search warrant at the store.

Police say a DNA test was ordered and The i-Pod Guy was found to be the father of the child who would have been conceived when the girl was 15.

Andrew Frederick is being held in the Stearns County Jail.
